Categories should always fit the content. When they do not, it ruins the quality for everyone. Also, don't post someone else's photos as if they are your own. That's call plagiarism and it will not be tolerated here. If you get downvoted, your reputation will go down.
the classification of content by category seems reasonable however referring to photos content video many people uploaders another and not using it as their own, just share it being new users possibly viniedo facebook where this is possible could be taken in this way it which if not properly managed would be daunting for adding new users, each social network can establish its rules and is fair but not necessarily optimal.
