Photograph of my authorship from a terrace in the center of the city without effects or filters.
Since I was little I have considered myself a faithful lover of nature, I love the different types of biome and I was lucky to be born in a country that has practically all its types. Today I would like to tell you about the most characteristic of my city, the Arístides Rojas natural monument, better known as "Los Morros de San Juan".
Photo from another angle taken from my cell phone a little more closely.
This monument is considered a limestone system formed by the deposition of marine sediments which was declared a natural monument in 1945. It is pleasing to have such a large rock formation, full of flora and fauna that can be seen at a glance only when leaving your house.
One day I decided to go up there to explore its flora and fauna, so I planned with my friends to reach its peak and stay overnight camping there and that's how it was.

On the way we found a very beautiful river with many trees where we decided to stop and take some pictures and to bathe even though the water was very cold. The area (despite being cleared from the city) is a little insecure, because every week many tourists used to climb the monument and so we decided not to take more photographs of the road until we reach the destination.
Selfie of me already on the top
It was already 4:00 pm and we were at the top of a lighthouse that this one has to warn the planes of its presence, we enjoyed an excellent view of both the city and all the nature around it. In the evening we focused on preparing the tents and a campfire to share the view we had to the stars without any light pollution.

For me it was an excellent experience that I will not forget and that I would like to repeat in posterity.
Thank you for reading my story, for me it is a pleasure to contribute a bit to the steemit community.
