Dinner's served!

Pasta is one of the easiest things you can cook to prepare your dinner quick and make it delicious, well of course unless you make it from scratch. It is always my go to thing when I don't know what I wanna make, but I am hungry and cannot sit around wondering what I feel like eating. I also try to keep a jar of Alfredo sauce around just in case, in case like today :).

Ingredients:

• 200 g three color pasta;
• 1 whole chicken breast;
• 150-200 g Alfredo sauce;
• any spices you fancy.

Directions:

Cook pasta according to package instructions, add in the Alfredo sauce in it, set aside.
Season chicken breast with whatever spices you like, for this recipe I used Stubb's chicken spice rub. I really enjoy the flavors it gives to a grilled chicken dish, try it out if you haven't!
Place the chicken on a grid pan and fry at a medium heat until fully cooked.

Serve hot with pasta, perhaps some wine you like and any sides you feel like adding to the dish. I had some lettuce, grape tomatoes and wine smoked cheddar to garnish the dish, turned out pretty good!
