I used mostly canon T5i, also a T2i. I have the 50-250 kit lenses and 70-300 both from canon.
The zoom was way to small. Next time i need to get bigger lenses. If only they were not soon expensive.
I am very much a beginner, but the light was a struggle since it was getting dark.
Im thinking of renting some gear next time I go. The pictures really make me go back and re-live the experience.

Out where I live we have a few mountain lions and a couple jaguars. But the thought of that many lions is terrifying to me.
