This bridge, which is actually a pair of bridges, is on Interstate 480 in Ohio, and while driving on it the skyline of the city of Cleveland is visible as well as Lake Erie. This picture was taken in fall of 2016, while my family and I were watching the sunset. We just happen to be there when the sun was about to set so we took some time and just watched for a little while.
This spot is a parking lot in a failed shopping center plaza that still has a few restaurants and a grocery store. Interesting fact, this spot was once a garbage dump! It is literally a hill of garbage that was landscaped over and leveled to build.
The land development failed. There is methane coming from underground and the light poles in the parking lots have vents so the methane gets out...yikes!
There were other construction problems rumored by workers that I have heard...that the Walmart building had sink holes in the floors. I have never seen that in news stories about the plaza but... being built on an old garbage dump - it makes sense.
The bridge is known for a few deadly accidents as well, such as a semi trucks cab going over the edge just a few years ago...and just a few weeks ago in December 2017 a car went off the cliff between the two sides of the freeway and landed underneath the bridge.
Despite the somewhat dreary creation of this area and possible risks as well as the sound of the roaring freeway...it is one of the best places to see the sunset and has a great view of the Cleveland and Cuyahoga river valley.

Beautiful picture. Have you thought about entering any of the contests in here?
