Nepal is a land-locked country sandwiched between India and China (Tibet). This small south-Asian nation has a rich and diverse cultural and natural heritage. The tallest mountains in the world and the flat-lands where the Buddha was born, all fall inside the Nepalese territory. From north to south, this country stretches for less than 200 kilometers but still manages to capture various climatic belts in it. The prime of them being: The Himalayas, The Hills and the Flat Lands (Terai)
