I'd say at least a combination of the following can be called toxic femininity:
Prioritizing feelings over rational thinking;
As a continuation to the above, having an overabundance of irrational empathy towards a person or group of people, which leads to bad outcomes;
Disloyalty;
Selfishness;
Having the seemingly voracious need to not only express one's feelings, but also forcing others to listen, even against their will;
Being problem-focused, instead of solution-focused
There are other factors, as well. And before anyone gets mad, I'm not saying all women are disloyal and selfish; I'm saying that they are feminine traits.
There are also positive feminine traits.
Such as being good at doing the dishes. Much appreciated.
It abounds, even in some manners of man. I suspect it is far more politically correct though.
