Eating out in the open, in the lap of nature, is definitely an interesting experience that people like me living in the city don't get to witness often. So when you go for picnics or outings with friends, the chance to cook and consume fresh food is an exciting option that one must try out. This was one of the first times I had seen fish being cooked live over a fire and it was certainly interesting to watch the entire process from cleaning to marinating to actually cooking it. In the end, the fish definitely tasted delicious and gave me an appetite to seek out more such encounters.
Taking time out from our hectic schedules to enjoy ourselves and also try out interesting, new stuff adds spice to our life and prevents it from becoming monotonous and dreary.

Ohh it's been a very long time since I consumed food cooked over and open fire... But it's definitely a fun activity and I agree with you that we should always try new stuff to make life more interesting. If we always do the same things over and over again, life will quickly become boring.

That's true , indeed it was such tours and picnics which relieves stress and rejuvenate us . I would always insist myself to plan a picnic once in a fortnight though getting free time is difficult to me . Hope you have enjoyed very well .Thanks for sharing and making me nostalgic about my past picnics

It will definitely taste delicious in the lap of nature. Just as a child I have eaten like this, long time back.
Though I like going for picnics but have never cooked there always carry home cooked food.
