Snapshots of Patagonia

I do not believe I have shared these photos on Hive yet (or Steem in the past). I took these photos within the first month or two of living in Chile. I have had plenty of things to do and learn during the transition from Idaho to Patagonia, and so photography has unfortunately taken more of a back burner position.

I was drawn to the way the crisp evening light reflected off the sides of these small branches and twigs on this leafless tree. Indeed, spring would soon arrive and the buds pop open on the tender shoots.

Exploring a new road in a recently purchased truck. There are still so many places to visit and it will be a challenge to get to all of them.

I love this road. It gives great views of the city, mountains, and skies near Coyhaique. I drive up here when I need some quiet.

All photos shot with a Fujifilm X-T30 and 18-55 2.8-4 Fuji Lens.

Nice photos. Especially the last one. I also like these roads where you can see lots of things and where the sky is also clearly visible.

Thanks! That's also a favorite of mine. Wide angle lenses are great if you learn how to use them. I'm still learning :)
