There are so many beautiful, exotic birds in the world. In the Dominican Republic, I was totally taken by this green beauty that just hung out in a palm tree above my head.
Despite all the exotics, I always find myself overjoyed at the sight of a plain sparrow hopping along the sidewalk looking for a crumb.
Birds are indeed fascinating!
I live in Florida and we have wild green parrots everywhere, and they can be very loud and noisy at the same time. How long did you live in the Dominican Republic?
