How was this week at work sir johannpiber? And regarding that osteoarthritis, I think it is, do you take any herbals to relieve that? Or maybe it doesn't bother you enough at this point to worry about it?
I have had a lot of work, so the week has gone quite fast.
I think, my osteoarthritis is not as bad as your back - is it better now or do still have pain? No, I don't take any medications or better said I don't take medications at all.
A !BEER has to be cold to taste good and not !DERANGED π
Howdy tonight sir johannpiber! Well I didn't mean medications as in prescriptions but rather there are powerful herbals that work well with that condition and that's what I was wondering about.
My back is so much better today. I'll be back outside working in just 2 more days.

I know, that you meant herbals and I should have added these also to my answer - no, I don't take anything. I try to do some exercises with my fingers sometimes and that's pretty much all. Maybe if it gets worse in the comming years I will search for something, and yes, I do know I should do it now and not wait until it's too late ;)
