I don't think that you would have enough space - there's only one room and the house is not isolated at all, but over all, there's no toilet ;) lol

Oh well forget that then! lol. That would not work, so it's mostly designed to store the boat there obviously.
To store the boat and have partys or just nice days at the lake, I think. This house is quite old and in these times many villas have had such bath houses at the lake.

Very interesting. It did not look old to me so they must take excellent care of it.
It was built in 1923 and the owners do care a lot, because it is one of the most beautiful boat houses around the lake.

You mean there are more than one boat house on that lake? How come we never get to see the other ones?
Because almost all of them don't exist anymore and it's not possible to see many places from public areas. There are quite a few villas and other houses of the rich people, where it's not possible to get close enough.
A hot !COFFEE in the morning is very important to me to wake up 😉
