First: Thank you very much that you like these photos, because I do like them very much too :)))
Second: No, no one lives in there - on the first floor is the garage for a boat and on the second floor there is just a room and a terrace. The owners live in a villa nearby.

Those photos are super great sir johannpiber and that would be a very interesting house to live in if that was possible.
I don't think that you would have enough space - there's only one room and the house is not isolated at all, but over all, there's no toilet ;) lol
A !BEER has to be cold to taste good 😉
Oh well forget that then! lol. That would not work, so it's mostly designed to store the boat there obviously.
To store the boat and have partys or just nice days at the lake, I think. This house is quite old and in these times many villas have had such bath houses at the lake.

Very interesting. It did not look old to me so they must take excellent care of it.
It was built in 1923 and the owners do care a lot, because it is one of the most beautiful boat houses around the lake.
A !BEER has to be cold to taste good 😉
