Remember The Kings | Trinidad Ave | Washington, D.C.

Graffiti straddles the line between artistic expression and domestic nuisance. It's everywhere, and is often written where you least expect it. Sometimes they are poignant or thought provoking in some manner, and these are the ones I'm chronicling as a new hobby.

Image Description: Photograph of the side of a building. The wall is made of painted red brick, and an abused metal door is set into the right. The words "Remember when we was kings" are scrawled next to a crude drawing of a crown on a patch of newer red paint. Two other more recent graffiti tags surround the main message.

I'm also experimenting with @esteem the Android app, to make this post. So far so good, but the bottom is hiding the last part of the editor. It's hard to read what I'm typing at the end of the field.
