RE: Instagram model gets paid to bare all...

She also doesn't really like having her photo taken and on those occasions when I want to take one she grumbles or pulls a face.

Hahaha so relatable. I hate anyone taking my photo, including myself. Have you noticed that the faces in selfies are all very fake? I don't necessarily mean duckfaces or whatever, just regular faces....they're not the normal slightly embarrassed smile one would expect. Because those photos will be shown to the entire world and the person being photographed knows that so he/she kinda has to play the part. Really, if you compare photos from today with pics from ~20 years ago, there's a huge difference.

As for dick pics or any other nudey photo, I think the person taking it should also be conscious of the risk they're taking. Assuming your tits will be safe once you've photographed them is very naive. I mean, even if you don't sent them anywhere, there are all sorts of people who have access to the contents of your phone. Once it exists anywhere digitally, it's not so far fetched to think it might pop up somewhere else as well.

Think a nude photo sent to a boyfriend and inappropriately used after the break up.

I think people exaggerate the effect of being in that situation. Unpleasant, surely. But not the end of the world. Besides, if you were man/woman enough to take and send such a picture in the first place, then you should also be man/woman enough to shrug it off once it's used inappropriately. Ffs, everyone has 'em...

I guess I was referring more to children. We had a case here where a 13 year old sent a naked photo of herself to the 13 year old boyfriend she just broke up with. He sent it to all his mates phones and the lads were charged with child porn offences. One was the son of one of my wife's clients.

Still, I don't have kids of my own to worry about so it's not really my business what they do I guess.

Yes, I have...Fake is the new real.
