Hey!i just started laughing when i saw this , my daughter would go mad for it...it's just that in the brownie recipe, it calles for baking soda.baking soda only works if there is an acidic ingredient mixed with it( like sour cream or buttermilk) otherwise there is no point in using it. Did you perhaps mean baking powder?thanks!

Thanks @homecook. Yes baking powder would work perfectly. I'd say use about 1 teaspoon.
