Hey girl! A question...or two...:).Purple potatoes are not very common where i live, actually i haven't seen them around yet... Do they taste like normal potatoes or more like sweet potatoes?Do they bleed, like beatroot, or can you cook them with plain potatoes without staining them? Thanks for the info....Well done, by the way, straight up cook book material!

they have a deeper taste, I'd say more earthy, but you'd have to try them for yourself to come up with your own description. No bleeding. Thanks so much for all the kind words @homecook
I remember having them while i was living in Hawaii, but they were always drowned in mayo sauce aka potatoe salad :) :) so the taste, that's a blur..:)
