Talk About Portraitphotography 谈谈人物摄影

The photo was taken by me in summer in a supermarket selling sporting goods.

The boy in the photo is the son of my good friend. At that time, she was selecting some goods for her son while we just came back from walking around the lake, and I wanted to buy a basketball for my child in the store.

This is really a small world ! we just happened to meet. I hadn’t seen him for a long time, and he was so cute and lovely that I captured a few images of him quickly.

So the following is my some feelings and experiences about shooting portrait I want to share. If you have some good shooting techniques, welcome to discuss and share with us.

1. When you take a portraits, you’d better want a large aperture to get a blurred background, so the main object will be highlighted.

2. When you shot in outdoor, if the sunshine is too bright, the subject feels it hurts his eyes and couldn't open his eyes, facing the sunshine in the ourdoor. If the subject stands there with his back to the sunshine, you can open flash lamp with lower brightness, and you will get a gentle light integrating with the surrounding light. The picture will not be overexposed.

3. Photos taken with long telephoto lenses looks better. You can highlight the main object with tele lens.

Of cause, you can also consider a lot of other factors when you shoot it. Such as perfect camera angle, background and composition. All in all, you will get a satisfactory results by way of practice.

这是今年夏天我在一家体育用品超市拍摄的照片。照片中的小帅哥是我的一个好友的儿子。当时她正带着她的宝贝挑选一些户外用品。而我们 一家人去湖边散步，回来的时候想在这家店里买个篮球给孩子玩。

没想到竟然偶遇了，世界可真小。我也好久没看见嘟嘟了，一个非常非常可爱的小胖孩！所以我就咔嚓抓拍了几张照片给他。（当然经授权可以在此发布。）所以今天就跟大家聊聊人物肖像摄影。

下面是我拍摄人物照的一点心得和体会。如果你有更好得拍摄技巧，欢迎一同分享并讨论哦。

1. 在拍摄人物肖像照的时候，最好使用大光圈，这样能营造出背景虚化的画面，使得人物更加突出。

2. 在户外拍摄时，如果阳光特别强烈，被摄体正对着阳光，很刺眼，眼睛就会无法睁开，我们平时看到的就是眯着眼。如果让他们背对着光线，打开低度闪光灯，这样就会有一个比较柔和的光源，能与周围的自然光更好的融为一体。就不会那么曝光过度了。关于这点我深有体会。以前拍照得时候如果我背对着光线，在阳光很强得时候，拍摄得人物就会太亮；如果调换位置，那么拍摄得人物就会太暗。所以可以稍微借助于一下闪光灯，问题就好解决啦。

3. 使用长焦可以拍得更好看。用长焦端特别容易拍出主体突出而边缘或者非景深范围内景物虚化的照片。比如我用得这个镜头是18-135 mm, 那么在100 到135 mm 范围内拍摄，就会有比较好得效果。

以上仅仅是人物拍摄方面的一点小心得。具体拍摄得时候可能还有很多其他因素要考虑，比如拍摄得人物角度啊，水平还是垂直拍摄，背景布置，构图等等。总之，摄影就是要多操作实践，才能拍摄出令你满意得效果。
