Have you heard of transcendental meditation?
I am curious about it since Jerry Seinfeld and Ellen DeGeneres to say that least have sworn by it.
I just don't like the idea that you have to pay over $1,000 to go take courses on how to meditate...
I have not heard of that kind of meditation.
