Dutch photographers association has a variety of contests. Three times a year they host an online photo contest and the second contest had a theme "free work" You can enter with every subject!
I love to do landscape so that was my theme. I enter the following picture.
I am very happy with the letter I got this week telling me that i have a bronze rating on this picture :)
This picture i took at the island of Terschelling in the north part of Holland. Its located at the Wadden Sea an UNESCO-world heritage site. The Wadden Sea is the world's largest contiguous system of sand and mud flats that dry out during ebb. perfect for recreation and nature lovers and bird watchers.

It's absolutely amazing and technically irreprehensible, congrats. Btw, I love your country, have been there in 2008 and traveled from Friesland to Arnhem. Just loved it. Will have to come back, preferably on the tulips season :)

I think I visited Terschelling on a school trip once or twice. I live in Drenthe, so it's pretty close, but somehow, forests call to me more than the beach does.
