Steem is still very beginning stage for the artists/photographers, but there are already some great community built for photographers such as @steepshot. Although it's like an Instagram version of Steem Dapp, but there are many pro photographers are uploading their art here.

There is also @appics, which is more stylish lifestyle app that you may be interested to share your work.
@ntopaz can be also a great community for you because it's the biggest Dapp for art and creative on Steem blockchain. They run many interesting contests too (some of them is amateur level, so not sure if it can be suited on you since you are a pro artist, but im sure that there are some pro artists too).

For the posting, i think once a day is enough, and if you can share more stories about your work, that can be more interesting for the amateur photographers (like me lol) to keep learning from your work :)

oh haha you're welcome. Oh, also if you use @steeveapp, it may easier to discover more photographers on Steem rather than using Steemit.com. It's because Steeve uses AI algorithm that analyses your interest based on your upvotes, favorites, and many other factors.
