Hey guys, so I thought I'd share it a little Tuesday toast inspiration today. What, what???
I feel like you can never have too much inspiration in life and sometimes on a week day like Tuesday we can't be bothered with a fancy recipe or some complicated meal to prepare, am I right? Of course, we still want some delicious food and stunning eye-candy to look at and get ideas from.
That's why today isn't really a recipe as much as just a little fun food share to say happy Tuesday in my favorite way, with food photography! Just a very basic toast with avocado slices and a fried egg to top it off. Oh, but done't forget some sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper (Oh, and maybe some sriracha if you'd like too!)
I'm thinking about making "Tuesday Toast" a new weekly (or bi-weekly) thing if you guys like the idea. Let me know what you think and I'll get to sharing more toast-spiration. Next time I'm going to have to go with a sweet one I think ;) Happy Tuesday!

I think this looks great! For the longest time, I wouldn't try avocados, but when I finally did, I was hooked! Love the Toast Tuesday idea! Would love to see some creative toast concoctions to try!

That's my favourite post-fast (or break-fast) meal after a 36 hour fast. Poached eggs on toast with some avocado and grilled tomato on the side with black coffee and a glass of juice.

Yes, I think so many feel the need to get so much done, to get the year off to a good start, that they forget to eat good tasting food. I thought this might be a great suggestion, some inspiration

Toast with avocado slices and poached egg is awesome. That's usually our Sunday morning Breakfast of Champions! And if we really want to guild the lily we cook cook up some nice crispy bacon...
