Our Market!!!

Merely looking at this picture, I'm sure what most of us would notice is the beautifil sky, the colourful umbrellas and the quite busy enviroment.

Taking a closer look, neatly hidden behind those colourful umbrellas is OUR MARKET

A place where our parents hustle day and night so we can laugh and read comfortably in school.

A place where most of us spend our holidays trying to help make ends meet but we don't complain cos we love our market.

A place where jungle justice is the order of the day but can i complain? No!! Its our market
There are no fixed prices, we haggle for minutes and sometimes we curse, but its still our market.

The Rain is our major enemy and because our market is located close to a big river, she visits frequently and compels us to stop major activities in our market.

There are no security Cameras, no parking lots, no security guards but we still love our market.

Our market may not be the best, it may not look the way ws would have preferred it to, might not functuon how we would have wanted it to but we still love it!!
