Yes Those are my Legs

In western culture we are taught to gather exterior information, place it into an equation & formulate a mathematical answer that makes sense from the knowledge acquired (a big reason why I failed in school lol). We aren't so much taught about "felt sense" (a term developed by Eugene Gendlin in the 1950's) : The sense that enables us to connect non-verbally from a non-conceptual, bodily-felt experience. To feel/listen to those subtle cues the body gives us rather than to analyze/verbalize. MovementTherapy - There aren't always words, rationalized thoughts or exact 'put your finger on it' facts that go into working out trauma in the mindbody. Sometimes (or all of the time if you're aware) the body speaks what the mind cannot. When we come in tune with this 'felt sense' it can be a helpful tool to dig your way through roadblocks & pain without having to re live traumatic events. The body is intelligent & stores healing information for you to access at all times. We often doubt it or don't take it seriously but beware of taking your intuition for granted. Memories stored in the body when guided to move with awareness will bring a highly therapeutic experience. I've been healing myself this way since I was a child. I would move/dance till a sense of calm, ease, visions & answers would come over me. Look inside, the answers are there.
