When your throat chakra is blocked it can impact your ability to communicate effectively for fear of ridicule and judgement. It often manifests as a fear of 'speaking our truth' and being authentic. However communication is about engagement so it can also manifest as an inability to truly listen to what others are saying and only be interested in speaking what you have to say. Often times we listen only to be able to say what we have been waiting to say all along, true authentic communication is about listening and then speaking. When the throat chakra is balanced we generally don't have a need to speak as much as we did before but what we say is ultimately more profound because it comes from true authenticity. When the throat chakra is in balance you are able to express yourself clearly and honestly in any situation with confidence and listen to those that authentically speak with you.

Effective communication prevents misunderstanding in the first place. It is a 2 way process. Some are so good at it that they can capture the attention and penetrate those who are determined to remain closed to it. Reading your articles on the chakras are most helpful and re-assuring 👏👏👏
it's still a work in progress for me trying to really listen, something thats a definite ongoing process.
