Taking the Camera Out for an Evening Walk

in #photography7 years ago

Someone kindly told me to go play outside, so I did and took my camera with me. I live in an average size Finnish city and I spent far too much time cooped up in my little apartment, so a little venture outside did me good. I was going to take a walk around the city but me being me, I headed straight to the forest and ended up walking along the little river that runs through near the city center. Sun was already setting when I left so I didn't have much time and it became pretty dark when I emerged from the woods.

Hope you like my little evening walk shots.

Not so much of you in this post. Maybe I didn't need that excitement anyway, hehe.

Advertised you in my last beer tasting post and send people your way! Ihope it gets you more clicks!

Cheers!

Haha thanks! :D

I was wondering what I have to do with beer but I see you do a shoutout at the end your posts, pretty cool idea. And thank you so much for sharing mine this time :)

Seems better to have you at the end than some badge. Stay awesome!

Wow your pictures are amazing. what is the name of that town, it looked incredible.

Thank you! :) I'll keep my little city a secret.

Good idea, we always need some mystery in life

You haven´t follow me or upvoted, if you don´t like, only look that!!

A great photograph is a full expression of what one feels about what is being photographed in the deepest sense and is, thereby, a true expression of what one feels about life in its entirety. Upvoted ,followed u.

I love this

An afternoon stroll through the forest sounds lovely! So many people go through life never appreciating nature!

I'm the opposite, I don't appreciate the city. Felt good to run away from the traffic lights and people.

I love you and your evening walk shots!
All your other shots as well! (:

Thank you very much :)

The bike photo looks like it is out of a gallery nice one !

Oh thank you! 😊

Wow you shot some awesome photographs, please take ur camera out more!
Not that I don't like the inside pics, don't get me wrong :)

Thank you very much, I will try to go out more :)

Really cool post! I love the wood path shots!

Thank you! :)

thanks for the photos, love seeing other parts of the world

Some greats shots and taking a stroll will always allow you to snap some shots like this. I can get some nice shots if I walk along the trail which full length from my house goes for 2 and a half - 3 hours (I am not walking that whole thing though haha).

It's Amazing

Beautiful Photography. Followed.

Thank you :)

Great photos in low light. I especially like the symmetrical pic taken below the bridge :)

I like these photos of a real place, where real people go for walks and enjoy the outdoors. I love seeing snatches of your country - the kind I can't see in a tourist brochure.
You live in a nice place.
Upvoted you,
Joe

Thank you very much :) I'll be sure to show you more of Finland in the future.

Maybe we would could work together if you like :D
like ill draw maybe some people you photoing :))

I really like the abandoned bike.

I could picture someone just saying "fuck it", and hurling it over the rail, stomping off in full racing gear.

The woodland paths are compelling. I would go out there in a full rain storm, just to breathe in the tree scented air.

I think it is a bit on a "thing" in here to toss your old bike to that river, there seems to be a lot of those, usually under the bridge photographed in the third picture.

The woods will always be better than in town. Unless there are tigers loose from the zoo, then all bets are off.

Agree! Though I don't think I have to be too scared of tigers running in the loose, bears and wolves, maybe.

Great photo's - luv your Timberlands... ;-)

Thanks, they are waiting in the entryway to be washed ;D

Whether you point your lens outward or inward, you've got a great talent for it.

That last photo looks like something extra-terrestrial is coming to visit.

Thank you very much :)

Well, my initials are ET so... ;)

Vote for vote sir ?
