As you reach Lake superior, you are half-way there! ;) As I was saying to my dad today, great beaches along the lake too...
From there, you are only two and a half days away from the Pacific Ocean... REALLY WORTH the drive by the way. I've done it a few times. It was quite amazing. Maybe I'll make a post about crossing the second longest country in the world by car?!?
