Already in ancient cultures people were fascinated by frequencies and used it for various purposes and one of them is the frequency 111 Hz which is also sometimes referred to as sacred frequency because it can help to expand consciousness and to unfold the higher self. It is assumed that people used these frequency for ritual purposes or for healing and it was discovered that there are various temples or other ancient places that resonate in this frequency and an interesting example is the underground complex Ħal Saflieni Hypogeum which is located on the island of Malta. This underground buildings were discovered towards the end of the 19th century and it is assumed that it was used for various purposes and within this complex, there was a room or chamber that resonates in this frequency and even if it is not entirely clear, it can be assumed that people healed themselves here thousands of years ago or came into contact with the higher self. These discoveries show how far this high culture was and also in other places there are buildings that are associated with 111 Hz and in modern times people began to research this frequency as well as the mode of action on the human organism and found out that it can help to bring the body into a better balance and to activate the self-healing powers of the body. When listening to this frequency, there is a release of beta endorphins, which are of importance when it comes to sensation of pain and thus it helps to relieve pain and improve the general mood. It can also help to regenerate the cells and be interesting to improve the performance of the brain because it can improve the ability to concentrate or help people become more productive.
