The Decree of War to Death was a declaration made by General Simón Bolívar on June 15, 1813 in the Venezuelan city of Trujillo during the development of the Admirable Campaign
One of the surprising stories, is that both sides, placed their prisoners in front of the guns before firing, splitting them in two.

This last picture was taken with a not very good camera, but I found it interesting to share it because even though it was not treated with any program, it would seem that it had been given a watercolor effect.
