I forgot how truly beautiful your colors are up there. I especially love the little berries dangling, hanging on for dear life, with the bare branches fading into the background.

My absolute favorite is the pinecone! I love pinecones anyway, from the time they are but green buds trying to show themselves on a spring pine to when they are almost falling off in the dead of winter, they are the epitome of beauty in all of the seasons. I love when pine cones are found, carpeting the floors of my forest here. Did you know those female pinecones are much bigger and dominant than male? Little known fact. You know how I love little-known facts, even if they mean nothing. You know, much ado about not a thing! ;)

But, to restate the facts, love your pinecone shot! Oh, beauty! And, of course, that first shot is amazing in color, but the balcony shot... breathtaking. Stop posting so late in the day! OMG man! Go to bed while it is still the same day! ;)
