Beautiful post! I love the fact that you cared enough to learn about their culture too- this is amazing! It is pronounced without the 'T' indeed haha. However, it seems like in different parts of Europe we use different ingredients for this soup (I'm from Bulgaria) so why not different ways to prononce the name of it too haha! Lovely photos!
