Photography: Capturing Water

DSCF1218.JPG

My photo above was captured with a Fujifilm X-A3 mirrorless camera with a kit lens (XC 16-55mm). I used manual settings for this shot. The image size is big at 6000px by 4000px so I'm gonna split up this image into 4 quadrants so you can see more details on it:

DSCF1218e.jpg

Here are the 4 quadrants from the photo above, they're arranged alphabetically:

DSCF1218a.jpg
Quadrant A, Manual Shutter 1/60 f5.6 ISO 1000

DSCF1218b.jpg
Quadrant B, Manual Shutter 1/60 f5.6 ISO 1000

DSCF1218c.jpg
Quadrant C, Manual Shutter 1/60 f5.6 ISO 1000

DSCF1218d.jpg

I actually captured another photo - same kind and technique, it just has a different backdrop:

DSCF1234.JPG

Same thing - I've split it up onto 4 quadrants like what I did on the previous photo:

DSCF1234e.jpg

Here are the 4 quadrants from the photo above, they're arranged alphabetically:

DSCF1234a.jpg
Quadrant A, Manual Shutter 1/60 f5.6 ISO 1000

DSCF1234b.jpg
Quadrant B, Manual Shutter 1/60 f5.6 ISO 1000

DSCF1234c.jpg
Quadrant C, Manual Shutter 1/60 f5.6 ISO 1000

DSCF1234d.jpg
Quadrant D, Manual Shutter 1/60 f5.6 ISO 1000

Other shots I took:

Beautiful work @deveerei :D

Thank you so much! Improving a whole lot.

Simply wonderful! I love how the raindrops works in every quadrant, looks like a great kit lens!

Thanks Silvia! I appreciate you commenting on my post. This was actually shot in the shower lol.

I will have to buy more lenses and a tripod though, to get more beautiful photos. My next target for now is a zoom lens with more than 200mm focal length. Already saw one, but still don't have the cash for it.

wow that is some cool pictures. how did you learn how to take pictures so well?

It looks like you can see water in microscope.

woow cant belive what a kit lens can do .very good pictures anyway .big like

wow so much improvement dev!!

Thanks so much! This is what boredom does. Haha.

Wow looks like a drinking water advertisment !

Absolut yan. Vodka. Lol.

Hahah 😂😂😂

Nice Work!! grabe yung details!! I wonder how many times you tried to get this awesome shot! you need great patience to get this photos :D

Not many - first 4 photos were a fail kasi sobrang baba ng ISO and out of focus - then nung inadjust ko na ISO - siguro 2 shots an fail ulit tapos oks na mga sumunod. It's just weird kasi sa banyo to haha, then I was shooting the bidet up wahaha, eh maliit lang banyo namin dito so I was sitting weirdly on the floor. Backgrounds were the glass door and wall tiles.

Niceeee shots sir!! Amazing details grabe☺️☺️☺️

muy buena fotografia, se puede apreciar muy bien las gotas de agua.

Water..
The most important resource and most beautiful object!!
So Cooool!!

Hello! I love the shots! I wish I could take shots like that too. I’m not sure though if smartphone could produce that same quality of photo as yours. Keep it up😀

I agree with @sndbox these are beautiful works. A friend showed me before how he can make this special effects using a graphics editing software, it seems you can easily produce it by taking shots.
