Last year I took my family to the Sri Sri Radha Krishna Temple in Spanish Fork, Utah, where they have the biggest Holi celebration in the US. Holi, commonly known as "the festival of colors" or "the festival of love" is often associated with Hinduism. It is a festival marking the end of winter and the beginning of spring and it also represents good defeating evil.

It was a very fun day filled with a lot of dancing and music, where people from all over came together to have a good time together.

My goal is to travel to India one day and attend Holi there and take pictures and video of the whole event. There is so much to this world and so many different things to explore and I want to see and document as much of it as I can.

This looks like a BLAST!! And you captured the fun beautifully! I love the picture of the little girl :) The picture of the girl throwing the powder was captured crazy cool, I love how you can see the powder flying with so many different textures!

You should go this year. Your kids would have a blast.

Tell me when it is! We would love to go! Is this a run??
