The only real tradition we have at Christmas is doing some kind of group project. Sometimes its a food we decorate, others is something like homemade ornaments for the tree. I am at a loss of what our project will be for this year so far.

Sounds fun! We have so many traditions and it seems like we keep adding to them every year. The best one that we have had since the kids were little is the pickle prize.
