I myself haven't tried it, but I have heard good things from like 3-4 of my friends who had problems with insomnia or restlessness, and it worked well for them. The only other thing I know of that can help with getting to sleep is Benadryl, because that's what I've been taking, lol. Hopefully it helps you out, man!

If it makes you feel any better, I've been having a hard time sleeping lately too. My birthday is tomorrow, and I'm sure I will spend most of it trying to take a nap, haha.
