Burst Of Colour

For me, photography is a means of capturing and preserving memories. We are documenting moments in time and location for people who will never have the opportunity to do so again - or at least not in the near future. As each new day comes, I find myself looking forward with excitement, knowing that there are always surprises lying around the corner.

It happened nearly two years ago; it was the kind of moment that made all those weeks of waiting worthwhile! Traces on the horizon just before sunrise revealed themselves in brief but vivid hues; beautiful light painting across waves that looked like Monet himself could have painted the picture.

This is a scene that will not be forgotten and will be a memory captured forever to revisit and cherish.
