We seek perfection based on our imperfect nature.
Perfection is equivalent to a scale between the sublime or the mean, the good and bad, the beautiful and the horrendous. We constantly use that scale to premeditate and judge, it is the lens of perspective that is built on growth. In the process, we ignore those in which we are immersed, justifying that we are and there is no remedy; other times, we only point to the other.
Are we capable of stopping us?
When reflecting we see that imperfections are simple lessons in which we can actively participate or limit ourselves. Accepting them as it could avoid succumbing to the frustration of not being perfect.
In the search for perfection are the imperfections that allowed us to reach a standard in the scale of it.
Accept them and live the change.
Cheers.
