The fist photo is of the "Weeping Wall", located on the Icefields Parkway (93 north), in the northern tip of Banff National Park. Water flows down in the Summer, and in the Winter, creates an ice climbing adventure for some!
The second photo is of Castle Mountain, located half way between Lake Louise and the town of Banff, accessible via the 1a highway which runs parallel to the #1 Trans-Canada highway.
That would be very amazing to see in person! Nice photos.
