The still windmills really make this shot. Without them, it might be difficult to recognise the others as windmills; they provide context. Lovely gradient in the sky.

Very nice shot! I used to live in Sweetwater, Texas where the horizon line looks just like this... thousands as far as the eye can see! You kind of can still see the blades.. the haze of the movement. Love long exposures!
