I'm out here in Edinburgh visiting and just had to get a full English breakfast :). The black pudding was the best! According to google, black pudding is a blend of onions, pork fat, oatmeal, flavorings - and blood (usually from a pig). Delicious ;).
Looks delicious and makes me hungry.
