I decided after lunch (chipotle) to walk across the street to see what all the fuss was about. Hundreds of people were dressed up.

I had to ride my motorcycle to work today, because of the crazy traffic.
Every year Comic Con comes to San Diego. It is the largest single event held in San Diego. Brings millions of dollars to the city. I was talking to a plumber who has been working down town. The place where he has been parking during working hours has been 8 dollars per day. His job is very close to the convention center where the Comic Con is being held. To park for the day today the total is $95.00 USD.
I work about a 1/4 mile away from the main event. It is so fun to watch the masses making their way to the convention. I will post a couple more as I come across more of the event.
These picture were taken with my personal phone (iPhone 6s)
Nice post
Oh man that seems cool are you enjoying yourself my friend?
I am back to work now. lol

Haha we just had ours. That was my first time attending but I have had vendor booth there before. Were you going dressed up as a building engineer or something?
lol You nailed it! Did you guys get any leads from the TX comic con? Did you see any famous people there? No pictures didn't happen*
I guess we will fall under the didn't happen category. Pictures costs upwards of $300 per celebrity. Not my thing
They are charging for pictures?!? thinking I need to charge for pictures now
Also I wasn't fishing for leads i was make 3D Scans and figurines of people.
I watched the news reporter who got a 3D scan. That was super cool. I bet you had one of the most popular booths there!
we were pretty popular to say the least. next will be VR multiplayer booth.
That will be great! I just got back from Comic con round two for lunch. Lots of crazies again. LOL
Very cool! :)
I've never been to one these events, but I am a huge sci-fi fan and would be up for it (although not sure I'd dress up like the people in your pics!).
If you are into the ski-fi stuff, you would love this! The tickets are not cheep, and they sell out here in San Diego in the first few hours every year. I have never been inside. It is a pretty big deal around here.
