Yeah, my son and I had a couple of pet rats, several years ago. I think most people would be amazed how gentle they are. Never once bit either one of use, even when you tease them a little bit with a snack. I roll my eyes everytime I see them portrayed in a movie attacking and trying to eat people. Frick'n ridiculous! Just wish they could be potty trained like a cat or dog.
