Thank you @brookeloving! Quick answer to the location: they were all taken in the Drakensberg mountains region of South Africa (one of my favourite places for photography, and only a 2 hour drive from where I live). In terms of how...well, thats a bit of a longer explanation, but as promised, I'm working on a "behind the scenes" guide :)
