Long wide, and importantly, little beaches - this is the main tourist value of the city of Trincomalee.



According to many holidaymakers, the local beaches are the best on the whole island, especially the beaches of Nilaveli and Uppuveli stand out against the general background.



In general, Upuveli is a small village located 6 km from the center of the resort. This place is just a paradise for
budget tourists. As places for tourist accommodation here are cheap bungalows on the beach, cozy mini-hotels and guesthouses.



There are not many holidaymakers here, and the beaches are very clean and well equipped for a comfortable stay. The missed is
excellent for snorkeling and diving, a few kilometers from the beach is the best diving center in Sri Lanka.
