While cleaning up the refrigerator, I discovered that Kimjang Kimchi was digested last year!!
Since it was cooked very well,
it became kimchi for steaming kimchi, so I decided to make kimchi and eat it.
Today, the
recipe for steamed kimchi was followed by the recipe for the steamed kimchi steamed by Baek Jong-won, who appeared in Baekbabbaek.

First, I washed the old paper with water and washed it.

I
used 750g of inexpensive forelimb meat with proper mix of lean meat and fat as recommended by Mr. Baek !
Steamed kimchi is a long-boiled food, so
cut the meat into large pieces rather than finely cut them.

Also , add 5 spoons of red pepper powder for
washed old paper and
3 spoons for unwashed old paper.

(When the kimchi is finished, adjust the seasoning while looking at the liver. Each kimchi has a different taste!)

Pour seasoning,

Boil half onion, 3 onions full of green onions, and 3 cheonyang peppers .

Boil while adding medium and medium water!
You can boil it for at least 1 hour .
