Weather alert: code red. 70 billion snowflake are falling from the sky and there is a firm wind. Most people stay indoors. I am on my way home and when I leave the office I see that the central station square of Rotterdam is almost empty. Then I see this cyclist and take my phone from my pocket to capture the Moment.
