I've got you in the palm of my hand.

Hey, fellow Steemians. I have been really trying to work on my blog and all I really want to do is share my views, my opinions, my photos, and my thoughts without being judged and having people say ill of who I am and what I do and what I believe in.

It's sad that on some social media sites, it's all about how you pretty you are, how many likes you'd receive and how many comments you'd have and that kind of gives some sense of satisfaction.

Yesterday, I was browsing through some of the posts here on Steemit that I like and most of them were just encouraging and being supportive of the people and I love that. It makes me believe that not everyone in the world is just conceited and vain people. I honestly believe that there are more people who care about others and who would push them up rather than pull them down.

This photo of mine taken a few years back takes a different meaning. Sure, I've got you on the palm of my hand, but if you think about it, it's whisking you away from the unpredictable tides. It is pushing you up so you can breathe.

While I know that it's going to take a while before I really get into the groove of Steemit, I want to thank everyone who have taken their time to read through my thoughts and see through my photos, upvoted and resteemed it in the last couple of weeks since I joined.

Thank you for taking me in the palm of your hands and carrying me through so I can learn more each day.
