Today was seriously one of the coolest days. :)

I woke up early to go out and be ready to film the eclipse.
Didn't really know what to expect.
Got down to the creek and heard a splash and saw a couple otters swimming about!
That made my day.. I'm not sure I had ever seen otters outside of the water before..
And.. Otters are in the same species/family as ferrets which are pretty much my favorite animal, or one of my favorites..
So.. It was kind of like getting to see my spirit animal. :) It filled my spirit with happiness watching them move and jump around.
I got a lil bit of footage of the otters, it's not that good.. But.. I got something! Better than nothing. :)

Also got some really neat eclipse footage, lucked out cause a cloud floated into place right in time or else it would have been too bright to film!
It ended up being perfect though, it kind of darkened it so I could see the eclipse normally with my eyes, I didn't even need the glasses or whatever most people use.

The first 3 shots are completely untouched raw straight from the camera, and the next 3 after that are the same images but just with a single levels put on them to make the images look less washed out.

Now here's the same images with just a levels on each of them.

I'm pretty happy with what I got. :) These are screencaps pulled from video as well, so I have this in motion too! ._.
