New ideas are what drive us forward as individuals and as a community. Never be discouraged by how others may react to your ideas because if you made the effort to share your idea it is likely that you are passionate enough about it to make it work. A personal example of a new idea I had today was a college fund collection at my family restaurant to help our staff members continue their education.
