Everything that is built with focus and determination will thrive.
Scheduling a time every day for myself is paramount otherwise my energy, my mood, and my motivation will be totally drained with it and I will have less focus, less productivity, and lack of concentration to run my own activities. The progress is to continue fighting in the face of challenges and embrace new opportunities.
